1. Non-Refundable Subscriptions
All subscription purchases (monthly, semi-annual, or annual) are considered final upon activation. Once service access has been granted, the transaction becomes non-refundable.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund consideration may be granted solely in the following documented cases:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
- Persistent technical impediments preventing service access
3. Refund Request Protocol
To initiate a refund request, please contact our billing department within 7 calendar days of the original transaction at billing@newbeirut.com. Your submission must include:
- Complete transaction receipt
- Detailed explanation of request circumstances
4. Subscription Cancellation
Members may cancel active subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard. Service access will remain active until the conclusion of the current billing cycle. Please note that no prorated refunds will be issued for partial membership periods.
